Acting responsibly today means thinking in terms of recycling systems and value chains. This includes energy supply, raw material recycling, as well as responsible supply and disposal. Aluminium materials, in particular, offer the best conditions for this. When sustainably recycled, they lay the foundation for new products.

We place great value on processes and designs that save raw materials. We pride ourselves on CO₂-neutral production in our production facilities. This is why we generate our own renewable energy and reduce or avoid factors that have a negative CO₂ impact. We will achieve this corporate goal by 2022 (status 07/2019: 55%).
